Friday-July 9th, 2010- Thank you Jesus for the safe trip to Itu, Brazil. I just love you so much and I love the way you show up unexpectedly to protect us, reveal yourself to us, to challenge us...You are so much FUN! Thank you for the way you intervened with Shirley's boarding pass. Initially, it seemed like a hindrance to the trip, but you revealed to me your work in that! Had the boarding pass not been misplaced/lost, then we would have ALL sat for 8 hours waiting on our flight to discover (too late) that we needed to go through immigration and customs. You are so perfect! Thank you for that. My prayer has been that You will change my heart to that of a servant and that most importantly I will encounter You in a way that I have never before. And...You have already done that. I ask for more revelation of You...in anyway that you want to reveal yourself to me! Your word tells us in Matthew that you have given us the keys to the kingdom of Heaven. I thank you for that authority, and in the mighty name of Jesus, I bind up ALL that will try to come against us in the physical and in the spiritual. I bind up sickness, in Jesus name. I release healing and protection over each team member who will go and be your ambassador. I bind up all fear, in Jesus name. I release joy and peace to each team member and to their families. I bind up all unbelief, in Jesus name. I release thespirit of wisdom and knowledge for each team member. Father, I ask your Holy Spirit to empower us that we will perform the supernatural inside the natural. In Jesus name, I now ask that you prepare the hearts of those families who will be ministered to this next week through the medical mission. I ask that they have eyes to see and ears to hear and that any veil that covers their eyes, will be removed in Jesus name! You tell us in your word, that ALL things work together for good according to your purpose for those who Love you. We do love you Jesus, and we thank you for the cross!
Sunday-July 11, 2011 Psalm 126: 1-6
When the LORD brought back the captives to Zion, we were like men who dreamed. Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, The LORD has done great things for them." The LORD has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy. Restore our fortunes, O LORD, like streams in the Negev. Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy, He who goes out weeping carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with him.
